3x - 3y = -11

6x = 16
x = 16/6 which reduces to 8/3

3x + 3y = 27
3(8/3) + 3y = 27
8 + 3y = 27
3y = 27 - 8
3y = 19
y = 19/3

solution is (8/3, 19/3)
