divide (4^2+5x-19) divided by (x+5) using synthetic division

16+5x-19=5x-3

5x-3        | x+5
-5x-25       5
 ----- 
      -28
5x-3: (x+5)  =5 rest ( -28)

verify 5x-3=5(x+5)-28=5x+25-28=5x-3    true
