Define the angle y as shown in the figure below.

The sum of angles on one side of a straight line is 180°.
Therefore
y + 75 = 180
x = 180 - 75 = 105°

The sum of the angles in a triangle is 180°.
Therefore
x + y + 32 = 180
x + 105 + 32 = 180
x + 137 = 180
x = 180 - 137 = 43°
