brand W : 8.75/10 = 0.875 per oz
brand X : 9.95 / 8.5 = 1.17 per oz
brand Y : 18.25 / 25 = 0.73 per oz
brand Z : 19.48 / 13.5 = 1.44 per oz

so the brand with the lowest cost per oz is brand Y, at 73 cents per oz
