Jacques caught 3 fish weighting a total of 23 1/2 pounds. 2 of the fish weighed 9 5/8 & 6 1/4. How much did the third fish weigh?

9 5/8 + 6 1/4 = 15 7/8

23 1/2 - 15 7/8 = 7.625

The third fish weighed 7.523 pounds.
