if blood flows slows down,at the beginning the heart pumps more so as to supply the oxygen into the boby . but after some time it pumps slowly as there will be no blood to convert de-oxygenated to oxygenated blood. as the time passes is slows down and stops pumping. hence it results into a death of a person.
