a way that cyber crime can be reduced is by creating a way where a user can’t just attack someone by saying whatever they want to say. for example by creating a way where they can’t be hidden behind a VPN and making everyone be visible to everyone. a good solution for this is by creating a program that makes it only possible to text or communicate with another person by showing there first and last real name with a picture of the person who is sending it
