Given

[tex]\frac{a}{b}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{c}{d}[/tex], then

ad = bc

(1)

Given

[tex]\frac{1}{4\\}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{6}{n\\}[/tex] ( cross- multiply )

n = 4 × 6 = 24

(2)

Given

[tex]\frac{2}{6\\}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{n}{36}[/tex] ( cross- multiply )
