The artist Adrian Kondratowicz was able to elicit a positive emotion from his harlem community by distributing pink polka-dot trash bags. By doing this art project Adrian Kondratowicz has hoped that these bright pink trash bags will help New Yorkers reconsider the environmental impact of their refuse.
